Protein Banana Blueberry Bread

Ingredients

  • 3 ripped bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup of greek yogurt
  • 2 TBS of honey
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1tsp of baking soda
  • 1 1/2 cup of oat flour
  • 3/4 cup of blueberries
  • 1/2 cup of walnuts
  • 1/2 cup of protein powder (vanilla or banana flavor)

Preparation

  1. Pre-heat oven at 350
  2. Smash bananas then add eggs, greek yogurt, vanilla and honey. Mix well.
  3. Add dry ingredients and mix well.
  4. Add blueberries and mix into bowl slowly.
  5. Spray loaf pan with cooking spray.
  6. Pour mix into pan
  7. Bake for 50mins
  8. Let cool before eating.

For the Chocolate Banana version, follow the same steps as above, just take out the blueberries and add the following:

  • 1/2 cup extra dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup of Dark Cocoa
