Protein Banana Blueberry Bread

Ingredients
- 3 ripped bananas
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup of greek yogurt
- 2 TBS of honey
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1tsp of baking soda
- 1 1/2 cup of oat flour
- 3/4 cup of blueberries
- 1/2 cup of walnuts
- 1/2 cup of protein powder (vanilla or banana flavor)
Preparation
- Pre-heat oven at 350
- Smash bananas then add eggs, greek yogurt, vanilla and honey. Mix well.
- Add dry ingredients and mix well.
- Add blueberries and mix into bowl slowly.
- Spray loaf pan with cooking spray.
- Pour mix into pan
- Bake for 50mins
- Let cool before eating.

For the Chocolate Banana version, follow the same steps as above, just take out the blueberries and add the following:

- 1/2 cup of Dark Cocoa
