7 Day Detox: Day 4
You’re on Day 4! You’re a ROCKSTAR, seriously do you even know what temptation is?
If you’re new to exercising and you did the cardio exercise yesterday, chances are you’re body’s feeling a bit sore especially those beautiful legs of yours. Don’t worry, it’s your muscles celebrating the fact that you’re finally using them properly. Today I’ll introduce you to a few anaerobic workouts.
Warm-up for 5-10 minutes. Remember you can use the Cardio Workout to warm up today and the rest of the week. Once you’re warmed up and ready to go, complete the following exercises:

If you want a different outcome, you’re going to have to change the way you do things.
If you’re one of those ROCKSTARS that kill it during the week and then maybe slack off a little bit during the weekend, then make SURE you think ahead, keep FOCUSED on your goals, and know ahead of time what you’ll be eating and drinking if you’re going to be out with your friends. If you do decide to go out, look at the bright side you’re friends will have a DD for the night! Go you!
How to Stay Motivated Tip:
If you’re already feeling like giving up on this detox week, practice visualization. Imagine how you’ll feel when you’ll complete this challenge. Accomplishment is the best feeling, and I know you will get there. I believe in you, but the real question is do you believe in you? Get it!
