Warm-up well for 5-10 minutes. You can use yesterday’s run to warm up today and the rest of the week. Once you’re warmed up, complete the following exercises:
Tip of the day
Here’s a cool tip about avocados that you probably didn’t know! If you happen to buy an unriped avocado, put it in a paper bag along with one ripe banana (close the bag of course). Ripe bananas release a lot of ethylene, which speeds up the ripening of an avocado!
How to Stay Motivated Tip:
Make physical activity part of your daily routine. Schedule it on your phone, and/or on your planner. This is your “Me Time” and it needs to be a priority in your day.
