Coconut French Toast

INGREDIENTS
- 4 slices of banana bread
- 1/2 cup of egg whites
- 1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 TSP of vanilla
- 1/2 tsp of cinnamon
For toppings
- 3 strawberries
- 1 tbs of walnuts
- 1 tbs of coconut
- 2 tbs of sugar free maple syrup
PREPARATION
- Heat a non-stick pan over a low to medium. Grease pan with the coconut oil cooking spray.
- Scramble the eggs, almond milk, cinnamon, and protein powder in a medium bowl.
- Dunk the Ezekiel bread in the egg mixture for 15 second on each side.
- Cook the Ezekiel bread for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Serve warm with toppings.
