Chicken Parmesan

Ingredients
- 1.5 pounds of organic skinless chicken breast halves
- 3/4 cup of oat flour
- 2 tbs of walnuts
- 1/4 tsp of pepper
- 1/4 tsp of salt
- 1/4 tsp of garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp of Italian seasoning
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 egg white
- 3 cups bottle of Monte Bene organic Basil Tomato Sauce
Preparation
- Pre-heat oven at 400
- Combine oat flour, walnuts, pepper, salt, Italian seasoning and garlic powder in shallow dish.
- Dip chicken in egg, then crumb mixture; turn to coat.
- Arrange chicken in 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
- Bake 20 minutes
- Pour sauce over chicken. Bake an additional 10 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
- Serve with side of red potato wedges and zucchini spaghetti
