Blueberry-Coconut Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 2 c. old-fashioned oats
  • 4 tbsp. Chia seeds
  • 4 tsp. honey
  • 3 c. light coconut milk
  • 2 scoops of Vanilla Protein Powder
  • Fresh blueberries
  • Coconut Flakes

Preparation

  1. To each of four 16-ounce jars, add 1/2 cup oats, 1 tablespoon chia seeds, 1 teaspoon honey, and 3/4 cup coconut milk.
  2. Cover; shake to combine and refrigerate.
  3. To serve, top with blueberries and coconut flakes.
