As a fitness trainer I’ve experimented several ways on how to bring you quick results that will be sustainable.
I tried Intermittent Fasting (IF) and ketogenic diets, I dug around for research with a skeptical eye, after thoroughly reading up on it I decided to try the Keto diet.
There’s a lot of hype in the “fitness world” about Keto and it’s for a good reason!
When I was on the Keto diet, I was eating delicious foods which eliminated my cravings, my bloating was gone and I had more energy than I did before. I was always looking forward to my workouts. I felt great but the results were even better!
Just like any other diet, the Keto diet has its pros and cons. I created a healthier and improved Keto based meal plan that you will love and possibly stick to even after the 28 days. This isn’t anything you can just “google”, it’s carefully and specially made for my bikini babes.
Back to my results. After I started my specialized keto diet, I dropped 8 pounds in 4 weeks and lost about 3% body-fat (21% to 18%) and I have been able to keep it off even after switching to a high carb vegan diet and going on a two-week trip to Spain.
I’m extremely excited from these results.
Getting into it was a little difficult to adjust to at first, but I know that since summer is right around the corner, you probably want results now. The Keto is a more restricted approach to eating but know that it will leave you feeling satisfied, while you quickly shed body fat and increase your energy.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is there an option to do another meal plan besides keto?
The reason why I chose keto for this program was that it has been the diet that has given me and my clients the fastest results while still feeling amazing. If you have tried Keto before and this is a diet that is not a good fit for you, you can totally do this program while following a more flexible approach. I will include an option to follow a "Lazy Keto" approach if needed. Another option is to follow one of my other programs such as Burn It In 30, check it out on the programs tab.
What if I don't have time to workout, but still want to lose weight?”
The ketogenic diet is based soundly on science and is shown to have proven results. It utilizes your body fat for energy instead of glucose. While shedding the pounds you'll feel a higher overall energy, more stable hunger levels, more mental focus and yes, weight-loss. Adding exercise will optimize your results but it is not a must to lose weight.
How does it work?
Once you sign up you will have access to all of the materials to get started. Download your Bikini Ready Blueprint and go over everything to be ready to start. (a lot of of people print it as well). All your workouts and meal guides will be in the Bikini Ready Blueprint. Make sure you are part of our private Facebook group as that is the place I will be sharing workouts, doing weekly Q&As Live Calls and the place where you will find motivation and accountability during this challenge.
Is there a specific start date?
After the official kick-off date you can start at any point and you will be able to go at your own pace, note that this is a 4-week challenge and it is specified to get your summer body so I will be closing registration for this challenge on soon. Anyone joining after the challenge begins will not be able to be part of the Transformation Challenge, as you must start as a group to qualify you.
Do I need a gym membership for this?
Nope. I will be providing you with workouts that need minimal equipment so you can do at home or anywhere.
What equipment do I need?
If you’re training at home; just yourself, a mat, a firm floor space, and a chair or couch. Dumbbells and resistance bands are a great plus to have :)
If you’re training at the gym; most commercial gyms will have everything you need to follow our workouts.
Do I get a personalized meal plan?
No, you will receive all the tools to learn how to create your own nutrition and training program and you will also receive a sample meal plan to follow during the program giving you tips and suggestions so you have what you need to be successful. If you are looking for a personalized meal plan then we recommend you book a coaching call with Marcela to go over options as we do have a dietitian on our team that can customize a meal plan for you.
When do I receive the meal plans?
The downloadable Bikini Ready Blueprint will be released as soon as you purchase the program.
I have food allergies. What kind of common allergens are in these meal plans?
While our meal plan options are gluten-free, the most common allergens you'll find include eggs, dairy, and tree nuts like walnuts, almonds, and pecans. Once in a while, you may see shrimp (shellfish). We'll provide you with a substitution guide to make food substitutions quick and effortless.
Are the recipes easy to follow/make?
Most recipes have up to 8 ingredients and include simple preparation! We try our best to keep our recipes simple yet delicious. That means no frilly ingredients – we stick to the basics so your meals are cooked quickly and enjoyed immensely.
If I have questions about a meal plan or a specific recipe, what do I do?

Absolutely! Once you get started, you'll find yourself more well-rested, energetic, and due to the high concentration of healthy fats, you'll stay fuller longer, which will save you time and money!

I can't put in the work for you, but I designed this Bikini Ready program with the Keto "Beginner" in mind. Inside the Bikini Ready Blueprint, you'll find several helpful tips to help you get back on track and maintain this lifestyle if you ever slip up or feel stuck and unmotivated. Remember, LIFE HAPPENS. We're all human and sometimes we slip up, and that's totally okay!
What if I am vegan? Can I still do keto?
The Vegan ketogenic diet is one of the most restrictive diets, but it’s possible to pull it off while maintaining your sanity and improving your health. Included in this program is a Plant- based Vegan Keto meal plan.
Is keto a sustainable long-term eating strategy?
While the wait for more research is on, for now, the best person to make that decision is you. As with any eating plan, it comes down to what you’re eating makes YOU feel. When finding the best diet for you—and whether that includes a plate full of eggs, avocado, and a side of green veggies (or not)—you are your greatest advocate. Personally, I will be doing this 4-week challenge for 4 weeks then I will slowly incorporate carbs back into my diet. I will suggest that you plan to have guidance after you are done with this challenge to make sure you don't rebound and gain all your weight back. I will include tips on how to avoid this but a good option can be to check out our other meal plans and programs. During this program you have me and a registered dietitian to guide you every step of the way... this can be a great way to make sure you keep the weight off and lose more weight if that is your goal.
